Making sure the right tools get paired with the right machines really matters because otherwise the result ends up different every time, even in mass production. Like, molds for 70DPH machine are built to work with machines that run seventy cycles per hour. The idea is that during those cycles, the filling, cooling, and releasing can all happen at the right moment. These machines basically push heat and pressure hard on the molds, and that helps block issues such as short shots, or strange bending and warpage. So yeah, if you don’t have the right molds for a 70DPH machine, even a press that is already well calibrated will end up getting jammed more often, and the rejection numbers go up.
